A Customizable Subscription/Recurring Payment Form
Use WP Simple Pay to create and automatically activate recurring payments (subscriptions). Automatically collecting recurring payments or donations is an easy way to increase the amount of payments collected.
Once you have selected the Subscription Payment Form template in WP Simple Pay, you can then customize your form field options and add as many extra fields as you’d like. The

- Amount Breakdown
- Customer Email Address
- Credit Card
Additional custom fields (text, dropdown, radio select, number, and more) can be added to collect additional information that can be used in payment receipts and emails.
