A Customizable Stripe Payment Form
Use WP Simple Pay to create a payment form that collects additional custom data as well as a credit card payment. Being able to collect additional information about the payer is an important part of online payment processing. You can use custom fields to record information such as the payer’s age, meal preference, preferred appointment date, or anything else you need.
Once you have selected the Custom Fields Form payment form template in WP Simple Pay, you can then customize your form field options and add as many extra fields as you’d like. The template includes the following fields by default:
- Text Field
- Dropdown Field
- Radio Select Field
- Number Field
- Checkbox Field
Additional custom fields include: Date, Hidden, and Heading. Information collected via these fields can be used to create customizable payment receipt emails.
