A Customizable Opt-In Subscription Payment Form
Use WP Simple Pay to accept one-time payments that can optionally be turned in to automatically billed subscription payments. Allowing visitors to opt-in to recurring payments is a great way to collect more donations or streamline future payments.
Once you have selected the Opt-In Subscription Payment Form template in WP Simple Pay, you can then customize your form field options and add as many extra fields as you’d like. The
- Customer Name
- Customer Email Address
- Subscription Opt-In
- Credit Card
Additional custom fields (text, dropdown, radio select, number, and more) can be added to collect additional information that can be used in payment receipts and emails.
