I’d like to introduce you all to The Dublin Inquirer. The Dublin Inquirer is a news source in Dublin, Ireland. They have an online newspaper, a monthly printed edition, a podcast and much more.

As you can see here below as well as on their website, they have used the payment form with simple radio button options so their customers can choose which monthly or yearly subscription they would like to commit to.
