How to Request a Refund

Would you like to request a refund for WP Simple Pay? If you’ve found our plugin isn’t quite what your site needs, we can help you manage your account appropriately.

Determining if You’re Eligible for a Refund

WP Simple Pay is proud to offer a 100% No-Risk Money-Back-Guarantee. This means that if you give WP Simple Pay a try and decide within the first 14 days after your initial purchase that it isn’t a good fit, we’ll provide you with a full refund.

Once this period is up you can no longer request a refund, but you can still cancel or downgrade your account to adjust future billing.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, go to our contact form and select “I have an account question”. Next, fill out the required information, then ask for a refund in the message.

 Of course, we don’t want to see you go. If our support team can help in any way, or if there are specific features you’d like to see, please feel welcome to let us know in your message.

We’ll process your refund as soon as possible during business hours, but they may take up to a few business days at the most.
