Manage Stripe Payments in WordPress
Checking whether a payment went through used to mean leaving WordPress and opening the Stripe Dashboard. The Transactions page puts every payment your forms collect in your WordPress admin, under Payment Forms → Transactions.
Open any payment to see the full amount breakdown, including subtotal, tax, shipping, discounts, and refunds. You’ll also see the payment method, a link to the Stripe receipt, the customer’s details, the custom field values they submitted, and any files they uploaded.
Need the data somewhere else? Select the payments you want and export them to CSV.
Keep Track of Recurring Revenue
The Subscriptions page gives recurring payments the same view. See which subscriptions are active, trialing, past due, paused, or canceled, and when each one renews next.
Your records stay in sync with Stripe automatically. An hourly check picks up payments, refunds, and disputes that a missed webhook would otherwise leave out, so the list matches what Stripe shows.
