How to Move Forward After Switching Stripe Accounts

WP Simple Pay will automatically sync your payment forms when switching between test and live payment modes. Unfortunately it cannot sync payment forms or tax rates between Stripe accounts.

Disconnecting Stripe Accounts
If you need to connect to a different Stripe account, you must remove the payment forms created for the previous Stripe account, as well as any tax rates created. You must then recreate your forms within WP Simple Pay once you have connected to the new account.

If you’re seeing the unit_amount error in your site console, or prod_ not_found  when saving your payment form, this indicates your payment form’s price options cannot be found. This can occur if you have directly modified items within the Stripe dashboard, causing the data to become incorrectly synced. You will need to recreate the payment form as indicated above.
